📝 Creating Your Driver Account
Welcome to ChainMove! This guide will walk you through the process of creating and setting up your driver account.
Before You Begin
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Government-issued ID
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement)
- Bank account details for payouts
- Valid email address
- Mobile phone number

Step 1: Sign Up
- Visit ChainMove Driver Portal
- Click on "Sign Up as a Driver"
- Enter your email address and create a strong password
- Click "Continue"
Step 2: Verify Your Email
- Check your email for a verification link from ChainMove
- Click the verification link to confirm your email address
- You'll be redirected to complete your profile
Step 3: Complete Your Profile
Personal Information
- Enter your full legal name
- Date of birth
- Phone number
- Home address
Driver Information
- Driver's license number
- License expiration date
- Upload a clear photo of your driver's license
- Take a selfie for identity verification
Vehicle Information
- Vehicle make and model
- Year of manufacture
- License plate number
- Vehicle identification number (VIN)
- Upload vehicle registration
- Upload insurance documents
Step 4: Set Up Payment Method
- Navigate to "Payment Methods"
- Choose your preferred payment method:
- Bank transfer (ACH)
- Direct deposit
- PayPal
- Other supported methods
- Enter your payment details
- Verify your payment method (small test deposit may be required)
Step 5: Complete Onboarding
Background Check
- Authorize the background check
- Provide any additional information if requested
- Wait for approval (typically 1-3 business days)
Vehicle Inspection
- Schedule an inspection at a partner location
- Or complete a self-inspection with our app
- Upload required photos and documents
Final Review
- Review all provided information
- Sign the driver agreement
- Accept the terms of service
Step 6: Get Started
Once approved:
- Download the ChainMove Driver app
- Log in with your credentials
- Complete the in-app tutorial
- Set your availability
- Start accepting rides!

Document Rejection
- Blurry or incomplete photos
